These Terms govern your use of Intentide, provided by INNO TECH GROUP CO., LIMITED. By creating an account or using Intentide, you agree to these Terms and the Intentide Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity on your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Intentide helps adults create time-bounded activity plans, receive limited introductions, express interest, match, and communicate. Compatibility explanations are informational and do not guarantee identity, compatibility, conduct, safety, availability, or a successful meeting. Intentide does not conduct every type of identity or background check. Use good judgment, keep early meetings public, tell someone you trust, and use in-app report and block tools when needed.
You may not use Intentide to harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, impersonate, stalk, discriminate against, or harm anyone; solicit minors; promote sexual services, trafficking, illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, or other unlawful activity; send spam; publish another person's private information; upload malware; scrape or reverse engineer the service; evade a suspension; manipulate recommendations; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve Intentide and comply with law. You represent that you have the necessary rights to your content.
We may review reported content and may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve safety evidence, or contact authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, or comply with law. We are not required to monitor every interaction. You may contact the Intentide Support Center if you believe an action was taken in error.
If paid features are offered in the iOS app, purchases are processed by Apple under the terms displayed at purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple account settings before renewal. Deleting Intentide does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Features, billing periods, prices, trial terms, and availability are shown before purchase. Mandatory refund rights under applicable law are not limited.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, safety risk, fraud, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Intentide is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties that every member is who they claim to be or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for your interactions and decisions to meet. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service.
Applicable mandatory consumer law remains in effect. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues. We may update these Terms and will provide notice when required. Questions, legal notices, and account appeals can be submitted through the Intentide Support Center.
